Emotional fatigue in mediation: The mediator’s experience. Qualitative data collection complete, content analysis in progress (with Dr. Melissa Schroeder, Communication Studies).

Mediation myth and reality in dispute resolution. Revising draft of conceptual article (with Stu Youngblood).

Negotiating a Lease in the Barnett Shale. This is an extended multi-party, multi-session negotiation role simulation case study loosely based on an actual Barnett Shale mineral leasing and drilling experience. I have tested this case several times, both with students and with professional landmen, refining it each time. I am currently revising it for submission
